Dubai relocation for UK founders and business owners
Move your family and business to Dubai on a 10-year Golden Visa
We plan and manage the whole move: the visa, property, company set-up, banking and schools. You deal with one adviser, and licensed UAE partners handle the regulated work.
- Visa length
- 10 years, renewable
- Property threshold
- AED 2,000,000
- Family
- Spouse and children
- Time abroad
- No 6-month limit
- Personal income tax
- 0%
Getting the visa is the easy part. The move around it takes planning.
Most founders we speak to have already decided on Dubai. What they want is someone to run the move so it doesn't take over their year.
The visa, the property and the company have to happen in the right order. Buy the wrong property and it may not count. Set up the wrong company type and banking takes months longer.
Your UK exit matters as much as your UAE arrival. UK tax residence is decided by the Statutory Residence Test. We bring in qualified tax advisers before you sign anything.
Your family moves with you. Spouse and children visas, Emirates IDs, health insurance and school places all sit on the same timeline.
Golden Visa routes for founders and investors

Common questions
Do I have to buy property to get a Golden Visa?
No. Property is the most common route, but founders can also qualify through an approved business, a capital investment or as a senior professional. We find the route that fits the assets you already have.
Can my family come on my visa?
Yes. Golden Visa holders can sponsor a spouse and children. We plan everyone's applications together so the whole family's residency and Emirates IDs arrive on the same timeline.
How long does it take?
It depends on the route, whether you already own a qualifying asset, and government processing times. Once the qualifying step is done, the visa stage is usually the quicker part. You get a written timeline after your eligibility review.
Does moving to Dubai end my UK tax bill?
Not automatically. The Statutory Residence Test decides UK tax residence, and some gains can still be taxed if you return within five years. We introduce you to qualified UK and UAE tax advisers before you move. We don't give tax advice ourselves.
Is approval guaranteed?
No one can honestly guarantee a government decision. We check your eligibility carefully before you commit, prepare a complete application and use licensed partners to file it. For people who properly qualify, that makes the process predictable.
Do I need to live in Dubai full time?
No. The Golden Visa stays valid even if you spend more than six months outside the UAE. Where you spend your time does affect your tax position, which your tax adviser will cover.
